Preparing sauce for pasta & Verdesca OR Verdesca & pasta
(for 2 persons)
Bucatini it's a kind of spaghetti with a hole in the center. They therefore have a slightly larger diameter than spaghetti
Ingredients : here is an example of how to prepare a good dish of tasty pasta for 2 which requires little more than cooking time to prepare it:

The total calories of this preparation are approximately 1600 - 1700 (added 308 as you eat the fish too).
Procedure:
Large and profound pot to cook verdesca slices with olive oil and garlic
- Fill the smaller pot a little more than half with water, add the salt and put it on the heat. ADD THE COARSE SALT AND PASTA - carefully - WHEN THE WATER BEGINS TO BOIL.

- In the meantime, prepare the sauce as follow:
- clean the garlic cloves and chop finely
- Put oil and chopped garlic into the bigger pan and put it on heat (medium). Stir with a wooden spoon.
- ADD DIRECTLY THE FROZEN SLICES OF VERDESCA INTO THE PAN
- ADD LEMON JUICE AND SALT on the slices
- LIGHT THE FIRE AND cover with a lid which allows you to monitor the cooking as it happens
The meat of this fish is tender and tasty, with a pleasent perfume. If cooked enough It melts in your mouth almost like butter. To get the sauce to season the spaghetti, the fish must cook long enough to leave residues on the bottom of the pan as shown in the figure.

FINAL STEPS
- As soon as your bucatini are cooked for the time you have decided in order to obtain the desired consistency, take half a ladle of cooking water and put it in the frying pan.
- Drain yur bucatini or remove it from the boiling pan with the appropriate utensil.
- Put the pasta in the frying pan and turn on the heat
- Mix with the appropriate utensil until the water has completely evaporated.
- Serve
