such uncomfortable and difficult running way was due the poverty of the market of OD large diameter pipes, and for the shortage of trained personnel, caused by the reckless policy of early retirement promoted by well-known personalities at the highest levels. In fact they would not be able to manage the economic and political situation otherwise.

I have given results in spite of the hostility and actions of the new staff-leader, head of personnel coming from Genoa, all negative towards me, the indifference of my new boss, and the dullness of auditors.

Notwithstanding the hostile attitudes and acts of the Worker Unions, and the total lack of cooperation, I have reorganized and improved the process, and could get the reduction in the cost of processing tubes starting from the initial Italian Lit 370 per kilogram up to 250 Lit to Kg. (more than -30%).

The advantage could be more substantial, but a lot of money was needed to replenish the inventory of operating supplies and critical spare parts that the previous management had reduced almost to zero: In fact it was thought to completely stop the installations.
However, the trade union press against me were the excuse to remove me. To avoid further offense I refused the proposal to occupy the direction of engineering production and quality control of the area, and went to find me out another place, going elsewere; never had problems to change jobs.
