Position in 1970: metallurgist training.
Description:At the blast furnace, took samples of liquid iron to run the ms. At the end, I was building and experimenting a manual device for collecting specimens of cast iron for spectrochemical analysis directly from the torpedo chariot. Later in the high thickness plate mill, I analyzed the faults that caused cracks on the head pipes and researched and written some instructions for the manufacture of sheet metal used to manufacture pipe of large diameter UOE.

Position from 1970 to 1974: metallurgist
Description: when in charge of the specifications for 'setting-up' the machines of large-diameter pipe mills for OIL & GAS pipelines, using the know-how of the SIO (Italian Oxygen Society) and other suppliers of materials for SAW , I did chose materials and parameters for the pipes of the Ekofisk OFF SHORE pipeline (North Sea), for RUSSIA GASDUCTS (about 3,000,000 tons of pipes 56" o.d.), and other major clients. So I applied special molybdenum steel wires and certain welding powders used until a short time ago and perhaps even today.
