In a RAI TV program they broadcast the story of the Korean War and tell of the massacre perpetrated in Nu Gun RI (click) on July 26, 1950, when more than 300 South Korean civilians were deliberately slaughtered by soldiers of the 7th US cavalry.
This fact recalls the Sand creek massacre (click), and it seems that the US military has never disdained such methods.
Also during the landing in Sicily in 1943 they had similar orders and shot abruptly about fifty 50 MVSN soldiers (Voluntary National Security Militia) who had surrendered there.

Contrary to what you read in Wikipedia, watching RAI History I understood that the massacre of innocent civilians who fled from the advance of the Communists took place DELIBERATELY by order of the military commands.
