Position : Manager for third party maintenance and spares
Description: rationalizing the administration of spare parts and contractors brought to depend in a single maintenance division, it led under my responsibility the whole maintenance staff.

•  It was obtained as a large increase in efficiency, and they entered into new agreements also.
  
  
• Here, too, I made some organizational changes in the whole area similar as for pipe and rolling mills, taking advantage of this work to increase my knowledge.
  
  
•  I started making changes to the contractors organization, particularly pushing the application of all standards.There was a good overall progress, with the further decrease of maintenance costs almost of all plants.
  
  
•  According to the policy of the top management , I organized a painless and gradual decrease of the teams of company's staff in the area. During this period I also sponsored the SIMAN Information System ( maintenance ) , and took a main part in the overall design, providing also to illustrate and explain the system to the top management to get the investment approval.
