ELIS - 1995-1999 (continued):
I followed the implementation of the budget in 1997 and 1998, and also made personally some software. During 1996, prepared a simple software used by the maintenance leader to generate the primary list of works, to assign daily work to workers, and to record results.
I used then the program 'CLIPPER 3.0' for DOS because I had studied it in past. After I did pass to Microsoft VFP

Design: I have participated in some projects ELIS, financed by the ESF (European Social Fund) and in others work programs of study for school vocational training and higher education courses.

Publications: I have collaborated a bit to edit the volume on the remote work ('Telelavoro') published by the CISL FISBA in Rome in April 1998.
Personnel management: revised tables of salaries and collaboration fees using Microsoft Excel .
Plant improvement: by studying the consumption of electricity and natural gas, I evaluated ROI and promoted and bought two co-generators 75kW each, for the main seat in via Sandro Sandri 71 in Rome. The tax breaks - reduction of tax on gas consumption, and energy reselling - then provided for these installations, gave an equivalent advantage to 125,000 euros per year, starting from the 12 months after the installation..
