Description:
joined a cooperation program between China and Italy, sponsored by the ICU at the University of Guangzhou in the Guangdong region, as expert TFME (Technical Faculty of Engineering Maint'ce ) , I wrote in English a 150 pages pantry entitled "Maintenance and technical Management system", and held lectures and a seminar in China. The pantry was published by TFME . I stayed a month in China and then came back home.

Then I worked one year for a research and development company's of Rome commissioned by Terni's managenment , to complete the first edition of the software prepared for Terni about the collection and analysis of data MTTR et MTBF.

After that I was asked by ' ELIS ' to reorganize their maintenance structure. Elis is a complex structure , with the mission to train the youth, and keeps educational programs ranging from arts and crafts to the preparation of higher education and management.
