Summer without you

To my wife

Sweet is this space
stuffing with warmth.
Imperceptible the sprinkler peaches
amidst my grassland
where leafs doesn't shiver
chirring aloud cicadas.
It's almost evening
and clarities of sky
linger among oleanders
sunlights dilute like rain
soaking with pale shadows
on herbs with plushy paces
among cedars and pines.
Tomorrow winds return
carrying me perfumes
unfathomable rhythms
full with sea and far islands
they murmur me peace
but I miss your smile
and think of you tonight
