Preamble

I write this in English and not in my language because if someone in Italy should read it I could go probably on trial accused of Fascism apology even if I have no intention of defending anyone or accusing anyone. I am simply trying to establish some historical truths falsified by the post-World War II fashion.
Date September 2017 by Lino Prospero Bertuzzi

No coincidence that the communist gangs and not only them, always distort or prevent the right historical vision of what has been the phenomenon of the birth and rise of Fascism in Italy.
Fascism has been an all-Italian phenomenon, now dead, that has little to do with other movements thought inspired by it both at that time and today.
Now Communists and some political cheaters like them teach their story to the poor naive children by telling the usual bales, demonstrate their intrinsic and contradictory stupidity. In fact just an infant or an idiot can believe that Mussolini could get the charge of prime minister without winning regular elections and getting the nomination of the constitutional King Vittorio Emanuele III.

Italy since it's unity has always been a state of law, and maybe it was more so during the fascist period than today. Today an asphyxiating bureaucracy plus myriads of stupid new rules stifle the effective freedom of honest citizens, and the false democracy triumphs spoiled by the leftist dictatorship of relativism.
Circumstances and the epoch historical climate and even political errors have meant that after a very short period, a disastrous situation would come to break the Fascism experience that until a certain point had not been at all negative.
The communists and those people related to them have instead obtained that the word 'fascist' was shout also against other people whom does not think like them, even to a liberal man or other political idea, even if not belonging to the political Right, or to whom does or says something that they do not agree. Some examples:

Fascist is called the policeman who arrests a delinquent or who faces a troublemakers riot in the square. But if the government is communist, violence becomes legitimate
Fascist is called the mother who surprises his son watching porn, and kidnaps his computer
Fascist is the professor who scolds you because you have not studied and gives you a bad mark.
Some idiot calls that fascist was Adolf Hitler too, such as the German SS soldiers.
They call fascist a serial killer too.
I heard a stupid fool saying that Julius Caesar himself was a fascist one.
Fascist is who risked his life for his Country being a military against communists, or perhaps even the General Lee of Confederates. .
Fascist is synonymous with racist
Fascists are all the autocrats, oligarchs or even dictators, unless they are communist or otherwise leftist. (The Venezuelan Maduro, ruin of his country, is a saint)
Fascist is even called Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli President nicknamed Bibi
The maximum idiocy: heard some stupid calling Fascist Priest the Ayatollah Khamenei, President of Iran

This is the great triumph of the international communism, and however of all who belongs to the great fake river of 'progressism': the word fascist is sinonimous of 'evil' such as oppression, violence, idiocy, stupidity and so on.
Even the worse violent stupid idiot and lier oppressor feels free himself to call fascist the others. No matter who: instead of shooting 'bullshit' or 'sonofabitch' one can call one as 'fascist'.!

Some notes about Italy's colonial Empire
The first Italy's colonies in Africa were mainly established to solve some England's problems.
The history of the Eritrean colony began with the official acquisition of the Bay of Assab in 1882 by Italy and officially ended the 1947,with the treaty of Peace, when Italy had to renounce all its colonies.
In the year 1882 Italy was favoured by England with Eritrea because the attacks of Ethiopians were destabilizing the region. Later Italy did buy from the Zanzibar Sultan (1905), always with the English permit, the wild somali territories standing just below the northern somaly english colony, then always Italy defeated Ottomans (1912) snatching from them the territories of Libya.
In 1936 Italy challenged England and conquered Ethiopia, with the support of some Ethiopian Ras (Chiefs) against the Negus Ailé Selassié. Before the second war the italian territories were about 5 millions of squared Km. large. and even included the ancient possessions of Venice's republic in the Adriatic and the Aegean Sea and others of former Austrian empire.
After the war Italy has lost all its dominions everywhere, but in Ethiopia the Negus did not expel the Italians who had settled. He acknowledged the positive contribution received from, indeed he encouraged other immigration from Italy to continue with the Ethiopia civilization .

As usual the communists are incredible liars: I was a young man when Hailé Selassié has been killed suffocated with a pillow by the followers of revolutionary Mengistu ( happened in 1977) or Mengistu himself who also killed all the participants in the assembly of the emperor's RAS and Elders. The Colonel Menghistu was financed and armed by URSS and begun a war during decades against Erithrea causing hundred thousand of deaths. Now on wikipedia I read incredible lies, the history written by an Ethiopian Big Brother perhaps, how usually the communist use against their enemies, and they refer that speaking of the Negus, it seems that he - Mengistu - has said, lying:

I confirm that In that time I know from italian media that Mengistu was a red assassin payed by URSS to destabilize the area, just as the Cuba mercenaries did in other Africa's parts. He kicked out the Italians and seized stealing all their assets, as did also Gaddafi too when he was URSS friend, calling at their place Russian advisors and technicians.
Menghistu militarily attacked Eritrea, causing hundreds thousands deaths, immense destruction, and a decades-long war. After the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989 and the USSR end the African communist regimes are therefore almost all going to the end

The true socialists, moderate or not, all over the world LIE always and everywhere and on everything, just like a Satan, simply they CANNOT say the truth.

Origins and causes of Fascism

I would like to distinguish three fundamental periods of the parable of this political system. The environment resulting from the end of the First World War 14-18 has been fertile ground that gave the birth to Fascism because of socialcomunists violences and riots. The second period is the golden period of full development and success, the third period begun with Ethiopia conquest continuing with the alliance with Germany and Japan, the defeat of communist in Spain, and finally the Italy defeat and destruction in the 1940-45 war.

End of the first world war and bad condition superimposed to GERMANY and ITALY too.
Italy has been first to stop and defeat some of the 20 German divisions coming back from Russia after the october revolution of 1916-17. The revolution in Russia was paid by the Kaiser Guglielmo, who helped Lenin to prevail in Russia to stop the war at the eastern front, and to bring those troops against Allies.
But, after the Germany defeat, during the peace negotiations there were egoistic impositions from England and in particular from France. Their very short sight and silly political vision prepared the ground for new big troubles.

The fact that politics failed then to cope with the situation, meant that Fascism took its root as a reaction to save the nation. In short, the King Vittorio Emanuele III di Savoia gave the task of forming the government to the fascists leader Benito Mussolini a former socialist, who had participated in the war as a soldier and had also been wounded in battle

Rise of Fascism
In a few years, the new govenrment got the general mobilization that made it possible to solve oldest problems of system inefficiency, leaving the nineteenth century permanently behind the shoulders.
I mention here only something of what I remember, because in reality the amount of reforms and actions implemented during the first ten-twelve years of Fascism has been truly impressive. Just some of them:

  • rehabilitation and growing of existing infrastructures (railways) and great development of new ones, such as roads, bridges, dams, electic networks, and installation of new steel works establishments (1932);.
  • major reforms of civil and penal procedure codes (Codice Rocco which remained in force for years even after the second war, and with few changes in subsequent decades)
  • reform of the school system (Gentile's reform which also remained in force for more than 2 decades even after the second war. The subsequant changes of the school system has been in general negative because with silly and lier leftist address since 1961 );
  • death penalty first abolished in the world (1932);
  • Libya definitely pacified became a metropolitan territory.
  • 1928 concordat (peace) with the Catholic Church ; thas was the official religion but freedom of religion was granted to all
  • 1928 reform of the work with introduction - first in the world- of 40 hrs per week; establishment of fascist workers' unions. (Their assets have been inherited by the current unions)
  • extension of the social security system to all workers (before only for statals)
  • Mafia's almost complete defeat with a task force in Sicily. The surviving bosses escaped in USA from where they was sent back to help American Sicily's invasion and took power again in Sicily after the 1943 invasion infesting again the whole island. (i was there when about 1 yo - my father said me this years later)

More, a large number of trade unions and trade associations, inspired by the corporate idea, which were established during the fascist period, for example, the confederation of merchants (Confcommercio) and those of the Industrialists, and many cathegories and professional orders, are thriving still today.

So at present times certain falsehoods said by people who look like good and occupy high offices of the Italian State institutions, are surprising me by their great stupidity.

FATAL ERRORS that marked the beginning of the end.

The first fatal mistake has been to believe that it was possible to defeat international powers, such as Freemasonry and international bankers and the blind egoistic capitalism. In the year 1936 Italy allied with many of the Ras (Local Chiefs) of the Negus Ailè Selassiè and started the war of Ethiopia this time against England, allied of the Negus itself.
The society of the Nations, today UNO's organization, sanctioned heavily Italy, forcing to autarky, and putting a very poignant brake on Italy's economic development. Hitler's Germany was the who helped Italy to survive .

Then Begun stronger relationships with Germany and the nefast influence of Adolf Hitler on Benito Mussolini. In 1936 the civil war broke out in Spain. Helped by URSS with weapons materials and financial support the communists had taken to commit all sorts of violence and killings against political opponents and parts of the Spain people.
Fortunately, the monarchist and conservative General Francisco Franco rose (levantamiento) and took his troops from Africa to Spain. The greatest enemies of the communists Germany and Italy intervened at his side with their volunteers and air forces and contributed strongly to the victory against the international communism. Then Spain was saved from hunger and from a bad misery destiny similar to that of the most URSS backward satellites of then and entered towards a real progress and evolution epoch.

The second and more tragic fatal mistake has been the racist laws. History evidently does not teach anything to anyone. The damage caused by having obeyed Hitler with the racial laws was itself a huge damage to Italy, due to the loss of living forces in the fields of the science culture, commerce, industry and military too.
How then could one think that the Italic race, that's integrating into the latin one, congeries of very different other people, local different cultures, germans, celtics, greeks, normans, arabs, Jews and others can be 'pure' , is a mixture that I still have to understand. Since even the Germans are not immune to similar mixtures this was clearly a foolisness and a montruous lie coming from the Hitler mad mind (remember that Adolf Hitler mother was a Jew herself).

The third Mussolini's mistake has been the not to oppose with the army the Hitlerian annexation of Austria. But in that case however, he was obliged to withdraw, realizing that no one would come to aid Italy when the Germans would have invaded it. In any case, it would have been better however to fight against Germanst the 'Italy's enemies of all times', my grandfather used to say.

The fourth fatal mistake has been to enter the war after seeing that Hitler had invaded France through Belgium arriving in Paris in a very short time. So the Italian army attacked France from the east and occupied the southern France and the French colonies in North Africa. It was the famous stab in the back, that however spared the German occupation to those areas with a less oppressive one.
In reality there would not have been the need to enter the war because the alliance pact with Germany was purely defensive. But seeing the power of the Germans, however, Mussolini thought in a flash victory and to be able to sit at the table of peace and get heavy advantages with relatively few expense of human lives..
But Adolf Hitler made the fatal mistake of letting the entire English army escape from Dunquerque, hoping to be able to movet the British. This was one of the enormous Hitlerian mistakes that fortunately for Europe - i think - made the war lost to the forces of the Axis.
The good God,, Lord of history, made sure to cut off the intelligence and sight of that madman Hitler and also of Mussolini, and the very numerous tactical and strategic errors committed were such that they lost a war that could have been quickly won.
These facts of the Italy's an Europe past, reported today, reflect the great fear that the Fascist phenomenon should be repeated again, and this time also at other homelands.

Are these fears are unjustified ?

My opinion is that these fears are unjustified. But the usual obstacles to a correct Europe political development are today the same as the last century, as follows

  • the international freemasonry,  and as usual the US bankers and great selfish financial groups because they know well that this would greatly limit or even stop ther possibilities of political influence and of speculative manouvers usually based on purely papers construction.
  • The communists and leftist, because although somewhere the party has changed its name, they didn't  change the typical methods of being liers and hating ghosts, to win the week minds voting.
Such people are not interested in the common good of their country, but in the power at all costs and by all means, as they always did. Especially they fear the competition of new ideas, original if compared to the obsolete and unrealizable ones they are still following.
They have a false conviction of doing good for the workers and haven't still realized that the fourth industrial revolution has already begun. This will cost much to the ones that will not update their mind.

LEGENDS OF LEFTIST SAGA

On April 25, those who in go to the italian streets singing "Bella ciao" are convinced that all the partisans did fight for the freedom of Italy and strongly helped the Allied to win .
It is a suggestive image of the Resistance, but it isn't the truth. The communists fought, and someone died, for a goal unacceptable by those who fought instead for democracy.
The war against Germans and Fascists was only the first time for a revolution destined to found a popular dictatorship, at the orders of the Soviet Union. The leaders of Garibaldi's brigades have tried to make this authoritarian plan and how they have acted against those who refused to submit to their hegemony.
It was a kind of attempt to revenge on the events that occurred after the First World War and on the communist defeat by the Fascist movement.

The historical misunderstanding is based on the lack of political guidance and information from July 25, 1943 - dismissal of Benito Mussolini by the King and nomination of Gen. Badoglio as premier - and on the confusion following the armistice of September 8, 1943, with the surrender with no conditions of Italy and the passage at the Allies side.
After the assembly and the vote of the Grand Council of Fascism against Mussolini, the King Vittorio Emanuele III exonerated him from charge. Then following the suggestion of one of his councilors belonging to Freemasonry - the Duke Acquarone - he appointed as prime minister the questionable and incapable personage named General Pietro Badoglio.

He who had allowed the German invasion of Caporetto in 1917, had inexplicably a great fortune and honors during the fascist period even though he had not shown any particular ability. In fact on the occasion of the war against Ethiopia if there had not been General Graziani who bought from the USA, 500 heavy trucks for troop transport, the invasion would probably have ended in another of Badoglio's flasks. My maternal grandfather, name Prospero Del Din, then Major of the Alpini, volunteered, was then commanding the fifth column of supplies and armaments.

Well, this time the illustrious general Badoglio did another of his disasters:

- he first declared that the war continued alongside the Germans, and allowed the entry of a large number of German armored troops and divisions from the Brenner pass.. Remember that in Italy there were very few Germans before. Closing the Brenner pass everything would have been different
.
- A few months later he asked Allies for the armistice and sent General Castellano to Cassibile to deal the surrendering. General Castellano signed the surrender without conditions and then committed suicide.
- Everything was done quickly and secretly. On that occasion no one, neither from the army nor from any other military organization, had any news from the commands, and everything collapsed ignominiously.
At any moment in the occupied war territories the unsuspecting officers and soldiers were disarmed by germans with various pretexts.
Those who wanted to keep faith with the oath made to the King were sent to Germany camps where many died, others were incorporated into the German army, others was captured by Tito's partisans and did starve after their tortures.
Others, like my uncle Renato, a sub-lieutenant at the Modena academy, freshly nominated, managed to withdraw and reunite with the royalist partisans in the mountains of the North East. Where he died in a fight with germans. After that many royalist partisans of the 'Osoppo brigade' were killed by 'Garibaldi brigade' communists assassins that also robbed them of the regimental cash.

The General Badoglio had done another of his masterpieces. Another Caporetto, this time with no remedy.
The Communist Party took advantage of this disaster without any hesitation. When shooting begun, to say no to the Communists demanded a lot of courage. The Communist Party was the absolute star of the Resistance. More than half of the formations responded only to red commanders and political commissars. The book "Bella ciao" by Paolo Pansa reconstructs the path of the bands led by Luigi Longo and Pietro Secchia since August 1943, with their departure from the confinement of Ventotene island. Then the first terrorist actions of Gap, the murder of partisan leaders hostile to the Communist Party, the cynicism in provoking enemy's reprisals, were considered the necessary step to enlarge the fire of the civil war. The counter history of Pansa reveals the dark side of the Resistance and the ruthlessness of a clash entirely within the anti-fascist front. It brings in light the events, characters and crimes always ignored.

# 'Bella ciao' is a song celebrating the people who retired on the mountains and bushes, that supported by english help fought against Germans and Italian fascists. The influence of partisan brigades has been negligible in the war evolution, but the myths served to conquer space in Italian politics after the war, in the first period with the murder of thousands of innocent people, and more later by having ousted the democratic parties opposed to the communists by the shameless political use of  justice. This happened through the mobilization of a part of the judiciary power the so called 'Magistratura Democratica' since the year 1990.

Even the first 2 years after the war the violence continued with tortures and killing by the Communists in many areas of Italy and out, even of innocent people for trivial or personal reasons and many people were imprisoned.
.It is said that only in the area of Reggio Emilia thousands of people have disappeared. There common graves was found, despite the obstacles placed by the Communists who from those parts still today dominate. Hence a tomb silence has also fallen on these and other heinous communists crimes.

Even during the war, they said, the British airplanes threw bomb-pencils and explosive dolls around, because those who collected them were mutilated or killed. - my mother warned me do not touch anything like that from tre ground. And nobody ever instructed trials about criminals..
The contempt of the Americans towards Italy was then expressed by the fact that a simple colonel of Italian origin was put in charge of the entire administration, the Colonel Poletti.

Even the USA after the second war paid heavily for the mistakes they made by the relationships and war alliance with the international communism, with heavy tribute of human lives and blood in the following wars of Korea, Vietnam and other minors who have plagued this world.
Still now it seems that President Obama Barack doesn't know the past history of because he made other international and intentional foolings together with that french delinquent named Sarkozy.

CONCLUSION

To understand what happened in those years and happens today in Italy we must remember the communist embezzlement and the institutional referendum between Monarchy and tRepublic.

After the war, without waiting for the return of the veterans, a farce referendum was held in 1946, where the frauds abounded. The Social Communists and former republican fascists made the Republic to win and the Monarchy lost. As a child in '50 I heard the radio saying that the King had lost by one million votes, today media say that one million of votes became two.

The new King Umberto II succeeded to his father Vittorio Emanuele III, and was subjected to great pressures coming to him as commander in chief of the armed forces to intervene and to declare null the uppersaid fake referendum, postponing it again after that was reestablished a minimum of organization of civil life in the destroyed cities and a minumun of control on the elections regularity.
King Umberto II refused this option, saying that the people had already suffered too much, and that since the Communists would be supported by Americans, there would have been a revival of civil war and another bloodbath.
Then, as he really loved Italy more than himself, he accepted the farce referendum results, resigned and with his family retired in Portugal, in the small Cascais villa where had always withdrawn the sovereigns of the Savoy an Piedmont who had abdicated in the previous centuries .
All their personal possessions have also been confiscated. and to the male heirs was forbidden to enter Italy. This last provision was revoked by the last Berlusconi government among the leftist protest.

As a tribute to freedom and democracy, there is still an old law which, after 70 years, prohibits the symbols and expressions dating back to Fascism, under penalty of imprisonment. GHOSTS FEAR IS STILL TODAY CRAZY !

Communists of today

Even today, since more than 70 years ago, every year there are celebrations of the anniversary days of our Country defeat and ignominy, of massacres by the communist terroristic attacks, and of the German reprisals that ensued. The Communists still want that people should believe that to win the war was their partisans, and not the allied forces who destroyed Italy.

Seeing the economic condition of Eastern Europe immediately after the fall of the Wall in 1989, imagine how it would be once if  in Yalta Italy had been assigned to the sphere of URSS influence. There you shudder? Fortunately, being the seat of the Peter's Throne that fool of US President FD Roosevelt did not dare to insist. And fortunately for us there was also Sir. Winston Churchill who supported, but could not avoid the Italy's ancient Monarchy to fall..

LUCKILY THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION DID BEGUN AND ALL THESE LEFTIST THINGS ARE ALMOST BEING FORGOTTEN
LET'S. HOPE ONLY THAT BETWEEN THE LARGEST POLITICAL BLOCKS THAT WENT FORMING AFTER THE SECOND WAR IS NOT PREPARING THE GROUND TO ANOTHER WAR.
