- According to the top management policy , I organized a painless and gradual decrease of company's staff teams in the whole area. During this period I also sponsored SIMAN Information System ( maintenance control system) , and took a main part in the overall design, providing also to illustrate and explain the system itself to the top management, to get the investment approval.
